Last updated: September 2026 | Jainam · Navratri registration & ticketing
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Navratri event passes and related registrations made through the Jainam platform, including open registration, approval, payment codes, and collection-centre payments.
Once payment for a pass is successfully collected at an authorised collection centre (or otherwise confirmed by the committee) and a ticket / QR is issued, the pass is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where stated below or required by applicable law.
If you have only submitted a registration or received a payment code but have not yet paid at a collection centre, the organising committee may cancel or reject the registration as per process. No payment refund arises until money has been collected.
If an event is cancelled by the organising committee, eligible registrants who have already paid may receive a refund as decided by the committee. Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment channel used at the collection centre (cash / UPI / other method recorded) within a reasonable time after the official cancellation announcement.
If an event is postponed, issued passes remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the committee announces otherwise. Refunds for postponed events are not automatic and will be communicated separately if applicable.
If you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us within 7 days with your payment code, collection centre, and proof of payment. After verification, the committee will correct the record and refund any excess to the original channel where applicable.
Refunds are not issued as wallet balance or platform credit for Navratri pass collections. Approved refunds return only through the original payment channel used for that collection.
For refund-related queries, call +91 90995 29995 with your registered mobile number, payment code, event name, and collection details.
